Are they going to drop?
Just a silly question. I have had implants since June 9 and one has dropped quite quickly..faster than my right one. The implant only rides high on the right breast. I was told it is because I am right handed and this muscle is stronger. Will it ever settle? My mom has me worried that it won't because she seems to think it won't if it hasn't yet...she is stubborn and can't seem tio understand it takes time...but now she has me worried ladies.. please put me at ease as she hasnt.

Re: Are they going to drop?
Hi, Your only early days in your recovery/healing it is very normal for one breast to drop faster than the other and they do catch up with each other it just takes time......lots of it...... I do think that people expect them to be the finished product right after surgery ...if only it was that simple but no it's a time thing..........

Re: Are they going to drop?
Awww sweetheart, your mum is wrong hun
Think of your surgery as two seperate operations, one on each breast, they're just healing at different rates babe and it's VERY common for one breast to drop and settle before the other.
My left breast dropped first and took till 12 weeks post-op for my right to catch up, but it did and they look lovely now, yours will catch up soon enough too babe, you just have to be patient.
Take a look at this thread [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] hunni, Particulary the frankeinboob part LOL, it tells you some things not mentioned in clinic to expect early post op. xx

They WILL drop, settle and even out hun, your very early days yet so don't worry
Like the girls have said, it's best to view them as 2 separate op's hun x x
