Does anyone know how they get taken off? Mine are still really sticky so I'm not looking forward to the conventional peeling them off method as I've tried it on my sticky band at the top and it really hurts!! Dressings off tomorrow! Icon_eek

Surgeon just whipped em off, It didn't hurt hun, and they were stuck on quite well. I had an uplift too, so I had more dressing to remove. You'll be fine. xx

Oh my gosh Dressings off tomorrow! Icon_eek It sounds painful! Just easing mine off with a little water where they were coming off was agony! I really hope he has some oil or something handy!! Dressings off tomorrow! Icon_pale

I think it hurts less if someone else takes them off, if you do it yourself you're more cautious. xx

hold skin tight one side and whip it off like a wax strip,quick ouch ya so and so and all done

It doesn't hurt BP, I'm sure Mr H is very skilled and will just whip it off in a fast and painfree way!

I looked away and closed my eyes, i'm such a wimp!

Grit your teeth BP and hang on to the bed xx

I had the sticky strapping all over the place and it really pulled the skin when they whipped it off xx In saying that it's over very quickly and I was so itchy in it I was just pleased to get it off!!

I might ask to keep it on, I'm not looking forward to it at all! My skin is till quite tender at the top...

it is such a relief when it comes off the little ouch is nothing compared to the nipping of the plasters being on

Ok so I feel like a real wimp! I told Mr. Hamilton I was worried about it hurting and he looked at me strangely and said don't worry its harder to put on than take off. It really did hurt but not as much as I thought it would.

You girls were right its not anything to be worried about. As soon as I can get all this sticky gunk off my chest and forehead I'll get pics up ASAP. I feel so much free-er minus my dressings.

Oh and my ears look awesome, pics to follow shortly! x
