Feel about 90 !!!!

OMG when does this backache go??? Had the worst night ever last night, up and downstairs like a yo yo, from bed to sofa and back again trying to get comfortable !! Takes me half an hour just to straighten up in the morning. Ive never suffered from a bad back before and its so painful, tried to sleep on my side last night but was too uncomfortable for my boobs, everything feels like it takes me hours to do and Im moving about like a 90 year old !!! When do you start to feel normal and get some strength back?

Think my OH thinks Im milking it now !! But feel so exhusted . Even just having a shower makes me feel like Ive run a marathon ..... have to keep leaning against the wall for a rest and my heart is going ten to the dozen !!! Is this normal?? xx

ugh, i had this too!!! its agony!!! and achey bum aswell, i think this hurts more than the boobs, lol!!

dont worry tho, it wont last much longer, i think the first three weeks are the worst x

I suffered for about just over a week, try to do things a bit at a time and although try and rest also move around from time to time so you don't stiffen up. I had overs too so they tend to heal quicker chick. Keep thinking positive thoughts and before you know it the days will have past by and so will the pain. xx

I was the same just over a week, I used a hot water bottle on my back to try and stop it aching and took the painkillers I was given for boob pain (which I didn't have lol).

I feel for you hun, I was the same for about a good 3 weeks, I've only just started sleeping on my side last week and I haven't even started driving yet! The main thing to do is listen to your body as we all heal at different rates and if it doesn't feel right or comfortable just stop.

I'm sure it will all ease up soon, every day is an achievement, especially the first 3 weeks!

Oh hun, I can completely sympathise, I too suffered terrible backache and my ribs also ached too it was horrendous!

Misf1s tip of a hot water bottle is a good one, you should get some relief from that - infact I used the wheat bags that you pop in the microwave to heat up, they were fantastic and I could actually mould them to the exact place where it was most painful.
