Hi ladies,

Well i went for my first consultation with Dr Kuna of Transform today. I was sooooooo impressed by his proffesionalism that i have decided rightly or wrongly against seeing a second surgeon. I got such a good vibe from him!!!! Anyway, he says that my breasts are very slightly tubular but not enough in his opinion to need correction. He says i have lots of breast tissue which is great so he wants to give me overs. he says that i have so much breast tissue infact that even if i ever get rippling, it wont be visible at all!!! As my left is much smaller than my right he suggests 340 right and 380 left. I am 5ft 4inches and a size 12. Im currently a very small b and hoping for d/dd. Do you think i will achieve this? He has advised against any bigger for my frame and i must say he is the expert so i think i should prob take his advice. Opinions girls please???? Thanks xxxxxx

There isn't anybody but your surgeon who can give you the answer to this babe, if your surgeon says that's what you'll achieve from those size implants and you trust his judgement, then if I were you, I'd be satisfied that this is generally what you should get. We can only tell you the sizes we personally gained from our implants and of those sharing the same size implant you can bet they result in different bust sizes. This is because there are lots of other measurements to be taken into account when determining your resulting bust size and as your surgeon is the only person to take all of those measurements into consideration from seeing you in person it's best you take that advice from your surgeon only IMO hunni. xxx

I agree I had the same size implant as cookie and I am a different size there are just too many factors to take into account, as the surgeon does this all the time you will have to trust their jusdgement. I would have thought you will achieve the size you want

hiya i had exactly same implant sizes, i had 380 left 340 right and i now range in bra sizes 32 F - G, im 4 months post op

yeah i had high profile overs with dr khan at transform , they are perfect size now and very even. they have settled loads i am only 4 months post op :D

HI hun. I had 340 overs with Mr Kuna. He is fab. Makes you feel very comfortable and has definitely given me the boobs I asked him for. Have nothing bad at all to say about him. Does a lovely neat scar too

Hey huni, I've jus had a consultation wit mr mounir from transform, and I have a consultation wit mr kuna on satdy.. I wud like my implants under the muscle but is my kuna better at doin overs? I'm not sure who to go with? Wot do u think?

Not sure whether he's better with overs but apparently he's the man for boobs. A surgeon will decide whether you should have overs/unders depending on the amount of tissue you have.

Hi girls!

I'm just new to the site and looking for a little bit of help. I have had two consultantion and the first recommended 380 unders. I then seen Mr Kuna and he recomended 300 or 340 overs, he sad this was due to me having enough breast tissue. I'm currently 34a hoping to be a c cup. Which will look more natural??

Feeling very confused (and excited)! What did you think of Mr Kuna and would you recommend?

Well I finally did it I went and had my boob job!



Cant believe I actually had the guts to do it. I did go for Mr Kune 340's overs.



Fingers crossed they'll be perfect and drop in time for my holiday in 8 weeks time x x
