Thats great you are feeling back to normal. Just listen to your body and rest when you needto. I was back at work at 12 days post op with quite a physical job and was finebut just got a bit tired at times.
Happy healing!

Hey hunni, glad to hear you're feeling well and up and about doing things. I haven't had my op yet, but what I would say is just listen to your body and if it hurts or strains you in any way, don't do it. I asked Mr Liew when I would be up and about doing things after my op (here's me thinking I would be bed ridden for a good 2 weeks lol) and he said Ooooooh you will be fine within a couple of days and it's good to be up and about as soon as you feel up to it. So just listen to your body hun. x x

Hi hun, if you feel fine doing things as normal, just dont push yourself. Rest when you need to. If anything hurts or pulls just stop.

hi hunni,
at 12days i would have to say just do as your body tells you hun. I think you should still take it easy when it comes to strenuous activities but you should be fine with normal day to day things.

You must still be careful tho as i sometimes did things i felt ok doing at the time but the next day i suffered.

oooooo congrats on your new boobies by the way, im still trying to get to know everyone as i havnt been on the site for months lol.

happy healing babe

Is it in both boobs or is it a sunburned skin type feeling. If it's skin, it's fine just your skin stretching, if it's inside, you may have done too much lol

Yes very normal, you might get flaky or itchy skin after this. It's just because your skin is renewing itself quickly, giving you a bit of a sun burned feeling, along with a stretching feeling. Try some moisturiser with aloe vera in it to soothe the burning sensation. Just don't get any on your scars. Normal moisturiser will do and you could put it in the fridge before putting it on your boobs for a cooling effect.

You will probably find they start to get/look bigger now as the skin stretchs. The flaky skin is annoying but does go after a couple of weeks. Burning should go after a few days. Happy healing hun

i think it might be your body telling you to rest hunni, if you are concerned i would call your nurse for advice.

i hope you feel a little bit better today babe !

oh hun poor you! i've been putting bio oil on my boobies and nipples (not the scars as i've still got bandages on them) and so far no dryness of flaky skin. bio oil is brilliant i'd defo recomend it.

i haven't had that moving feeling yet or sharpe pains, so i'm not sure what to suggest, just keep them in that sports bra, they might just be settling into place.

hope you feel better soon, keep us updated 12 days post op 571992

Most people get all this feelings for the first few weeks and they will get it even even they rest constantly and do nothing, it's a healing process and we all seem to get it. Dont worry it's all normal
