Bra Size Confusion............
Hi Girls
This probably sounds like a ridiculous question by why is it that when some girls get measured after their BA they are told two different sizes for example 34c/36b I thought you'd just be one size?
I understand that in different bras you may come up slightly different but is that the only reason?
Thanks

Re: Bra Size Confusion............
Yes, in different bras you will usually measure differenly dependng on the make.
I mostly shopped in Debenhams for my bras, occasionally M&S too, I
favoured Freya and Gorgeous so kept my sizing to that which measured
for those a 34DD.
I did go to La Senza, but to be honest I'm not really a fan of their
bras but I measured a whole lot bigger in there - a 32F!!!!
I think for most of us, we'll find a bra style that best suits our shape and stick with those as they best enhance the new assets and then you'll have 'your personal measurement' which will be just the one size.

Re: Bra Size Confusion............
Hi. I went to Debenhams last week and they measured me to be a 32DD but said if I want padded I had to go to a 32E. She did explain why but I was so gobsmacked at being a DD I didn't really take it in! Obvioulsy there are a lot of styles/makes out there. I think I too will get measured most times I go for a new bra, unless it's primark, lol! x

To be honest I don't really see the point of getting measured, I can see for myself what bra's fit and what don't, my size seems to be fairly consistant wherever I go but I usually try a couple on just in case. x

Re: Bra Size Confusion............
Hi hun yes you can be different sizes in different shops a bit like jeans really I can be a size 10 in next but a 12 in riverisland same with bras, some one with a back size of 32 and a cup size D might measure a larger back size in a different shop a 34 but as you go up a band size you go down a cup size.
Re: Bra Size Confusion............
