5 week post op check with surgeon

...and all is tickerty boob Surgeon was all smiles and asked me if I had encountered any problems. I explained only to my bank balance re the bras (see earlier post!) I purchased!! Seriously - I told him about soreness of righty underneath and he said that really is just nerves knitting back together. He then wanted to have a proper look - he checked my scars - said they were fine. I asked him about a tiny lump I found next to the right scar and he gave it a feel, and told me that was actually the drain site, and it was scar tissue. Bummer! Oh well, at least its nothing sinister, which I must admit, had gone through my mind.

He smiled and said he thought the projection was superb - far better than he had anticipated ! I giggled and told him id been measured. He smiled more and said something about the way he measured me and stuff - I dont know, wasnt listening at that point - and i told him I wasnt complaining!

He wants to see me again in 3 months. This aftercare is all included in my fixed price that I paid. I didnt even enquire about after care - but i really do feel Im being well looked after.

Glad everything went well, you must be chuffed . Can't believe it's been 5 weeks, it's amazing how much they change from week one onwards, and I'm only week 3.
