Hi. Saw my ps on Tues. She ttok off my dressings and said I could now have proper showers but I forgot to ask about baths! Can I have a lovely soak in the bath yet do you think?

I was told the same. I went swimming at 6 weeks post-op and was told by my nurse this would be ok, but no baths/swimming etc before then as it can cause the wound to open and infection etc.

same for me too. i started having normal showers after 1st check up at 9 days and mostly stuck to this but also started having shallow baths but without submerging the incisions under the water .x.
