I just wore the cheap Asda ones for the first two weeks and bought the Royce ones a bit later. I did have a huge plaster over the top of them holding them in place though! Having problems with buying bras! Icon_lol I think that was actually doing most of the work in terms of supporting and shaping them.

I think you'll be just fine with the premark ones for the first few weeks.

Im not sure on the type of Post Op bra either???!! My PS is supplying mine so i havent got to worry about getting the right one. I would think like Hotcaz said a post op bra would be better so that it does not rub x
