Re: Having problems with buying bras!
I just wore the cheap Asda ones for the first two weeks and bought the Royce ones a bit later. I did have a huge plaster over the top of them holding them in place though! I think that was actually doing most of the work in terms of supporting and shaping them.
I think you'll be just fine with the premark ones for the first few weeks.

Re: Having problems with buying bras!
post surgery bras are def better cos they are more comfortable after surgery and dont rub on your insisions etc, i bought 2 post surgery bras and 2 normal sports bras and i found the post surgery bras much better xx

Primark sell post surgery bra for about £4 each. I'm not sure if they are good but they are deffo post surgery bras not sports bras
What about Ebay? Or are there any ladies on here who would sell you there PS bra that they don't need?

Im not sure on the type of Post Op bra either???!! My PS is supplying mine so i havent got to worry about getting the right one. I would think like Hotcaz said a post op bra would be better so that it does not rub x
