I have still yet to get off the sofa =( everytime i get up i feel rotten so lay back down, going to get my butt into gear as i have 4 hours to sort myself out and at this rate that's not alot!!

I've got martial arts till 9:00 tonight, so if you don't hear from me straight away, that'll be why! I'm thinking about you though babe, and will be with every kick and punch. I'll imagine they are making contact with your ex-surgeon. Very hard. And frequent. Right where it hurts.
