2 weeks - PICTURES and need opinion on incisions!
so its two weeks tomorrow since i had my lovely boobs put in!
i took my strips off tonight and had a lovely shower, the incision site seem a bit raised at the ends when i touch them... and in one part theres even a dent inwards! is this normal? the first time i have seen brusing too.. well i think its bruising...
have a look on my picture trail and tell me what you think... if u need username and password just ask!
and if my boobs look a bit sweaty its because ive just moisturised lol
xx

From what you have described hunny, all normal. Lumpy scars are very normal.
I've just been inspecting mine and have lumps along them and found 3 stitches poking out. Just put done cream in like my ps suggested to soften them up. I'm itching like crazy now.
Try not to worry sweetie. X

Hey Ruth,
Looking good girl!!
Ive looked at your pics and the incisions look fine to me from what I can see (not the easiest shot to take is it lol). Raised scars are normal. You could try usingheal cream or something similar on them so long as you are over 2 wks PO.
I'm sure some of the other lovelies will be along soon to give u some tips on different creams u can use. But I did sometimes kind of rub/massage heal cream into them (when I remembered!) as this is meant to help heal and smooth the scars.....
I think they look great and wow what a size! xxxxx

Re: 2 weeks - PICTURES and need opinion on incisions!
haha thanks tonic, i sometimes think they are huge but other times i dont lol.. im still a bit undecided but more than happy anyway!
im glad it sounds normal, when i discuss this with my boyfriend he tells me to shut up because it makes him feel sick haha.. little woman!
im a bit worried about putting cream on as when i went for my check up last week the nurse mentioned not to rub anything in for a whole 6 weeks! its so frustrating how they all say different things

Re: 2 weeks - PICTURES and need opinion on incisions!
Sorry just realised I already have your details!
I think your incisions look good, especially for only 2 weeks . I've had a few lumps but they sort of come and go, you'll probably find they look a bit different every day!
They're looking fab hun, you must be really pleased xxx

Hi Ruth - lumpy scars sound normal, but I can only talk from experience re another op I had. I'd be interested to have a peek but I dont think I can as ive not been here long enough!
I have a slightly raised scar on my back where a mole was removed and the scar has taken ages to heal. Due to this im really worried about how my scars are going to heal after my BA (28th October).
If you want to share with a newbie great - but totally undertand if not.
