could somebody please help me?
i am currently 5 ft 9 a size 10 and have pre op 34b
I would love to be a 34dd/e, my surgeon suggested 380's would take me to 34dd, i did the rice thing earlier this evening and loved the size and shape. Do you think i should ask for the 410's as i will loose some because i am having unders? please help i have two weeks to go and loadsof questions whizzing round.

hiya hunny, yeah i think 380 will get you to a dd but i would say if you can then go for the 410 if you want to look a full dd in clothes.
i'm on number 3 b/a now lol started off with 350 then 525 and now 700, don't know what i'm measuring at yet but reckon i'll prob be around 32 ff/g

Hi hun

I was a 34b and had 380cc overs, I'm now about a DD (or E at La Senza), I'd go for the larger size of 410cc if you can because you lose a little with unders. There's hardly any difference between 380 and 410, so I'd always go for the largest! x

I was a 34a and had 385 overs, I'm now 34ff. I'm probably in the minority here, but I'm glad I didn't go any bigger. Don't think I look any bigger than a d cup though, so I reckon your unders will achieve the results you're looking for.

i was about a 34b and had 340 and although the swelling hasn't all gone down yet i'm fitting snuggly into a 32dd bra x

Does anybody know if i can stat taking arnica now? or do i have to wait until after, ts just a bruise easily ad want to try and stop it happening!

you're supposed to take arnica for a week before and a week after, this should do the trick x

I'm 5ft 9" and having 340cc partial unders and am wondering the same thing as you...if there's not much between this size and the next one then maybe go for it.

I might just call my PS and ask the same. Don't wanna see the end result and not be satisfied!!!

yeah lucyp is right, if you take arnica 1 week before and 1 week after, i got mine from holland and barratt and they were about £5 for the 30c tube. I hardly had any bruising on a little on my right boob.

I would agree with what your surgeon has said hun i started arnica 4 days before and 1 week after although some surgeons say not to take it so best to ask yours first just incase.
