Feeling really under-prepared Empty Feeling really under-prepared

its my first consultation on Friday and I feel so under prepared! I've been so busy lately I've barely even thought about it. I told them I'd lose weight and I haven't so I'm feeling bad about that.
Is there anything in particular I need for Friday?

I take it that this is the surgeon your happy with and are going with them for your op. Take a couple of tops with you in case you get the chance to try sizers. Take wish pics so your surgeon knows the look/size your aiming for.
I wouldn't worry about your weight if your happy and not aiming to lose weight. You look fine in your avi. Best of luck xx

That's not a great amount. Same amount that I have just lost, ready for my Jollies next month. How long till your op. There are a couple of diets that can help drop weight in 10 days to 2 weeks. Slimming world and the Terri Ann 123. The Terri Ann 10 day boost will get the 1/2 stone off in 10 days if you follow it to the T. It not about starving just eating yourself thinner with the right food. I believe slimming world is the same but I don't know the expected results in that time frame and you have to join and  attend meetings but with the Teri Ann you don't. It's a one off payment for the booklets which is less than £20. Google it of your interested.

1/2 st isn't a lot but the surgeon said its a lot for my frame and to do it slowly to minimise tissue damage therefore preventing saggy boobs. I'm just going to eat healthily and exercise more and see what happens. I've got 2nd consultation end of June and op booked for end of July but might bring op closer as my reasons for having it in summer hols hadn't worked out.

A good healthy, low carb, low fat  balanced protein and fibre eating plan and remove unnatural sugar will get you there in that time frame. Best of luck. Xx
