Outside of here I don't.  I do the school runs... go to work and sometimes I think I am the only one I know with a boob job. Sometimes I think that must make me a weirdo haha

I'm still good friends with 5 girls I used to go to school with. 4 out of the 5 of us now have had our boobs done! 3 of them because they have nothing, and me because mine went awful after kids and deflated so needed a lift and implant! I'm amazed 4 out of 5 of us have had them done...

I know one lady on the school run who has and another 3 close mummy friends are very jealous and are seriously condidering getting theirs done...

I think it's much more common than we think, a lot of the time you just wouldn't know...

It's very interesting eh!

I have one mum friend on the school run that had hers done - I wouldn't have known if she hadn't of told me. I think it's more common than you think! She was the one that inspired me to finally go ahead as there is nothing like a personal recommendation and I feel happy I've got a surgeon who has done a great job on a friend! Before that I had always wanted it done but never knew anyone that had and I didn't know where to look. I wanted a local surgeon rather than transform and I didn't know anyone! 

But yes, now she's had hers done lots of the other mums want to! I also think it's common to get it done after kids so at my age lots more people are coming out the woodwork! Xx

I know two others who've had BAs and I asked for their advice etc. when researching for my own. One is a good friend, the other is my husband's niece. Oh and an old work colleague apparently had an implant just in one boob to correct asymmetry.

My sister had hers done 12 years ago. My sisters step daughter last year. My hairdresser has had hers done. I think if people keep it to there selves then i dont think we would know so maybe more people than we think. xx

I too no loads of people including my own daughter. A good friend of mine had hers done years ago and I didn't no until I told her that I was having mine done then she spilled the beans I was in shock !!! A lot more people are having them done nowadays. I think we would all be shocked if we really did no who has who ain't xx

My mums had hers done! She waited until she was 40 and said her biggest regret was not getting it done sooner!

I know a few. One has had a v bad experience and says don't do it. One girl has PIPs - one has ruptured and is leaking but they won't take it out - she's saving for removal and new implants. 
The others I know are delighted with their boobs.

I know 1 mum at school, but she doesn't know that I know, cos I can't stand the woman to be fair.
But they do look great, just a shame about her sour puss face....
Lol!

And a friend I used to work with, I went with the surgeon she had as hers are fab :ok:

I don't know anyone other than you girls! I do sometimes wonder if I'd told more friends then I might have found out if they've also had it done. But I'm quite a private person xx

I have two friends who have had boob jobs done by my surgeon. Both look fab but one got very big ones so very different to me but I'm hoping will still look good!! I feel like a lot of people have them and most normal people wouldn't notice because some really are not obvious at all!

I think you can so dress them up if you wanted. Some days I will wear a baggy jumper and no one would notice other times I wear a tight top and wow everyone looks xxx

I come from a small town, where people don't tend to do things like get boob jobs, so it's just you girls for me! x
