I don't think it's the same for everyone but if you get measured while still swollen then yes you will drop in size but if your passed the swelling and then get measured I don't see why you would drop any size? Could be wrong though. I got measured at 4 weeks, am now nearly 3 months, want a wire bra so going to get measured during week, will see if I've dropped any. Measured at debenhams 28/30E xx

What on earth are these people on about?! You're just over 3wk post right? By now probably 90% of your swelling has gone, so your band is likely the right size. As for cups, how on earth are you going to drop two sizes? Are your implants going to shrink?! Pay no attention, whoever said that clearly has no idea.

Right now they are very high and tight still, and the box fresh shape gives it that D look. This means it likely wont sit in a bra completely or properly just yet. Your boob will fit the fullest part of the bra, but may not fill the bottom of the cup, because they're not 'fluid' yet. When you soften and fluff is when they become more fluid and the distribution of the implant moves. Because the distribution of the implant changes, it will change how a bra fits. This can go any way, it could stay the same size and fit better, it might be you go up a cup. In few cases, some people reduce, but to be honest, in my 2.5yrs here, I've never heard of this happening to any of the girls.

I really cant think how they got to it reducing by two sizes. Even if you were (for e.g.) 34C at your most swollen, surely you're only going to 'increase' in size as you get back into the right sister of 30DD. Its rubbish.

I don't have the all clear to wear one yet but as I'm only 2 weeks off 3 months, surely I can't be that far away that I'm allowed and I just want to buy at least one of the pretty bras I've seen, so I'm going to. Plus I have a wedding in dec and I want to wear a wired bra for that. I'll be 4 months post by then so fingers crossed for that all important ok from PS xx
