Hi ladies, hope your all well.
My incisions are internally stitched with glue on the outside, I didn't have much dressing on them after the op and I think I'm healing well.
My question is, does any have any experience with this type of glue, how long does it take to dissolve or will it come off when scab starts to fall off??? Xx

The glue will come off in its own sweet time, up to a couple of months. Do not pick or scrub at it, it'll come away naturally when it's ready

I though so, I only dab them dry as not to disturb the glue so I'll just stick with that. Thanks ladies xx

I had the same and I had to keep tape of for like 8 weeks then could take it off I wish I'd just waited until it came off on its own though because some of the glue wasn't ready it was a very big OUCH moment.. Scars are absolutely amazing though

Oops lost half of that.
..... Looks like the right side has started to dissolve. It could just be that there is more scab on the left than the right and I can't see the glue as much. Thank you all for the advise xxxx
