Glue!!!
Hi ladies,
I've just taken off the big sticky band holding the top of my boobs together, it was coming off under the armpits and I couldn't bear it any longer! Anyway now I'm COVERED in glue. i've tried baby wipes, antiseptic wipes, water and a sponge, but nothing is getting rid of this stuff. It's like i've been slimed!! Any tips to get rid?!

Re: Glue!!!
nail polish remover, but it might be a bit harsh on your stretched skin, probably shouldn't have taken it off unless your clinic said you could though, as they usually do that at your check ups.
Re: Glue!!!
Thanks misf, its been ten days and just couldn't bear it any more, it felt really grubby and was peeling off and flapping under my armpits. Did you have one too? All the other girls on here with overs don't seem to have them.
I'm seeing the nurse tomorrow morning so hopefully she can strap me up again if I need it. Will give the nail polish remover a stab, thank you!!!

Re: Glue!!!
lol I know I had tape over my insisions for 13 days in a heat wave and they drove me mad, kept peeling at the sides so I had to stick plasters over them, I felt gross. Ah thats good you only have to wait until tomorrow. Hopefully they wont need to tape you up again, that would be annoying.
Re: Glue!!!
ugh you poor thing, that sounds hideous!!! Thank goodness for this rainy weather (think i'm probably the only one thinking that!). i'm just so impatient to get back to normal again, I have to keep reminding myself that all this discomfort is only temporary.
Fingers crossed the tape is history. my work colleagues have been most suspicious at my button up to the neck 'nun-like' attire xxxx

Re: Glue!!!
Take a trip to a pharmacy and ask the pharmacist for some 'Zoff' wipes, they remove adhesive! :) xx
