I haven't uploaded any photos for a bit but my boobies are now officially 6 months old! So about time i did. I have tear drops and have to say I did feel the implant rotate for the first few months then settle and stick. My left has dropped lower than my right but still looks good. I'm quite pleased and I'm not easily pleased. I love the natural shape and no more snoopy dog. I can't feel the implant on top or sides only slightly underneath but that's common.  Transform take a kicking on here sometimes but have t say Mr lahoud did a good job and helped fix me when my original surgeon refused to do anything.
