over stretched

Hi ladies so i ovwr stretched my left arm last week and still have a dull ache under my armpit off to see my guy tomoz as im freaking!he told me not to worry but its hard not! I hope i havent ruined anything! Was just wondering if anyone else has done something similar and how long did it take to feel ok again x x

don't worry hun, the likelihood is you'd be aching anyway regardless of the stretch. I think you're doing the right thing speaking to your surgeon but just try and take it easy and maybe get back on your painkillers for a couple of days.
It's so hard to remember to take it easy isn't it! xx

Yup. I turned in my sleep and put weight on it. Completely freaked out. If it's sore, take some painkillers, but just try and take it easy. I'm sure it's fine, but it's good that you're seeing your surgeon.

Take it easy [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] .. As everyone says on here, you usually feel better than your are. Healing is a long process and you should be relaxing as much as you can! Im looking forward to having a week or two off work and not having to worry about that ha xx
