Well the day has come I'm back to work tomorrow after 2 weeks I work as a carer travelling to different people's homes I have had to tell work a few white lies to get myself put on light duties of which they have been very complying....(haven't told any of my work colleagues) I'm sure I will be exhausted by the time I finish my shift ....but hey ho I have new boobs to pay for

Hi, I'm a nurse so I know how heavy and demanding caring can be. Just take it easy. And don't rush about. Even if they give you 30 minutes to do an hour call on a service user. Xxx
