Hi ladies loving the avi's, my incisions are itching like mad at the moment. thats good you can sleep on your side Rebecca, i don't have to use my v pillow anymore, tried it last night and it didn't feel comfortable, so I'm still using it. Twinkleroo have you tried your old bikini? In my photo that is my old one, i don't understand how it still fits lol. X x

Yep mine are itching all over, it drives you mad dosent it! All the Avis look great don't they! I'm still really bruised me n quite firm, can't wait for them to be softer and symmetrical fingers crossed

No I haven't, i'll try it over the weekend if I can find it! Think it's in a bag of clothes ready to be taken to charity shop.

Hi buddies I have up dated my avi but please excuse the bra as its does quite fit. Hope everyone is healing well. I am now 17 days post op. Nipples are sensitive to touch. When are u supposed to start massage boobs? Xx

I was advised to start massage yesterday and I'm 16 days post op but obviously only do it if your surgeon has advised you too xxx

I think you're not meant to massage textured implants, only smooth x

Love your avi Mrs rodger, wear did you get the bra from? My nipples hurt, I hate getting out the shower and putting towel round me. Also they have a mind of there own lol, very embarrassing. Yes your right firecracker Do not massage textured implants!! One of the mods will be able to explain x x

Hi ladies the bra is debenhams own make of wonder bra none of my bras fit anymore (yas) hehe so this is my friends DD one I used to take pic. Can't wait to get bras that fit. My implants are Natrelle soft touch so don't think they are textured. I'll have a look online for massage techniques, dos and donts. Oh I'm peeling too it's horrible, breasts look like they have dandruff xx

How is everyone doing?
Yesterday I had my 10 day check up with the nurse. Everything is healing well and she was pleased with how I've rested etc. We then went for a wander around a shopping centre and I felt no pain!
So had a great day and feel like I'm starting to get back to normal things now. It's still hard with the kids, can't pick up my nearly 2year old and when I raise my voice that hurts my chest! Haha perhaps I should mellow out on the kids a bit

I am still feeling pretty crap. Still covered in tape as my ps cancelled my Friday follow up until Tuesday. It's driving me mad. My leftie is still so sore. It's getting me down. Everyone seems really cheerful, wish I was the same. X

Hi fleurina, everyone heals differently. I'm still very sore, but I tell myself i have had surgery. As soon as you'll get the tape off you'll feel a lot better. X x

Thanks Emma. Thought I'd try my old bikini on! Used to hate it as before boobs was just nipples! Ha! What a difference!

Yes if I still had tape on I'd be going a bit crazy! I have to wear a chest strap but at least I can take that off for a breather! Hope Tuesday comes around quickly for you! X

Sorry to hear that Fleurina, as the girls have said once your bits are off you'll feel a bit better. I'm back to work and really struggling, i have to walk around in heels all day and at the end of each day i'm so sore. I think the little bounce from walking in hard shoes is killing my boobs. Feel like i'm not getting any better because of it. grr x

Sorry I wrote a lot more but when posted it only one sentence got posted!

I'm back to work next Sunday and dreading it even though I'm going back on light duties & slightly shorter shifts.
Was it a shock going back after the rest? I'm worried ill be so tired and will go backwards in recovery. Hope you get used to bring back soon. Xx

At first I just got on with it, but that evening felt the aches and knew i'd done too much. Today I tried to take it a bit easier but still i'm really sore now.
They're just so sensitive right now, even my sports bra is annoying them! I'll be more on my desk next few days so hoping to sit tight!x

Yeah, you'll be fine if you take it easy and try not to walk too much, or if you do- try to wear soft shoes so you don't have a hard bounce!x
