Best sports bras (for hardcore training)
Hi girls, hope your all well!!!!
Has been a while since I've been on here, I'm 10 months po and absolutly loving my boobs, they look/feel even better than I could have ever imagined! :-) scars are pretty good too! :-)
I was wondering if anyone knows of a sports bra, purhaps a specialist place, where I can get a really good sports bra, where I'm pretty much strapped in. I have all the usual, Macom, m&s, tri-action, etc but my boobs still move around like mad when doing my workouts (which is insanely intense) and apart from actually strapping them up I'm not sure what other bra to try. Perhaps does anyone know where you can get custom made sports bras? Or extra high impact bras? I'm guessing they'll be pricey, but will be worth it cos I'm worried about premature sagging cos of my training, and these babies weren't cheap :-) lol.
Thanks girls! xxxx

I got a Shock Absorber Ultimate Run from wiggle website...it was one of the most expensive but I figured you get what you pay for and I think I was right, they are very well supported

I wear a panache sports bra for high impact stuff. Got it from an independent lingerie shop but I think bravissimo do them. £35 but worth it they don't move at all!

Panache Sport all the way! I've just switched from the tri-action extreme, and its a whole different league. Get the underwired one. I tried mine on and had a jump, felt pretty secure, but when I went running there was a bit of movement. Did the racer-back clip up and boom, nothing was moving! Its the first time I've not had aches and pains in my left breast after exercising. Theyre available all over the web, I got mine from Very £38, but also found this place [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
They're pretty true to size too, I got a 32DD.

I recommend the shock absorber ultimate run aswell, I got about 6 at once for £15-20 each. Combination of deals on Amazon and ebay. Tried on for size at debenhams first, 38E fits best although I'm 36F and G in standard bras (m&s). I do powerlifting, pump classes, yoga, hiking and sprinting. They are fab!
