New 3 weeks po pics
I've added my 3 week post op pics onto my picturetrail to any ladies who would like to see. I think they are coming along nicely although I am suffering serious boob greed atm!!

Re: New 3 weeks po pics
Awww thanks hun. I feel they are too small atm and in my work uniform I look like a b cup but I'm still wearing my breast band and sports bras so I'm sure they will look different once they are released ha! I think I have got used to the size as well. Have to remember I practically had nothing to start with!! xx

Updated pics look great and really reflect how fast they change post op! Don't worry about size they suit you perfectly and they will feel so much bigger once the weight from the upper pole drops and fills the lower pole more! Thanks for sharing!

I've sent a pm to all you ladies who have requested to see pics. Thanks for the lovely comments so far. Anne the pain was bad yes but it's important to take it easy and keep up with the painkillers and don't forget everyone is different. Saturday, how exciting!! It really is the best thing I ever did I'll be honest!! xxx

Re: New 3 weeks po pics
I meant to ask Mammamia what do you mean they will feel bigger when they drop? I just thought they would look lower. Hope they do look and feel bigger as they get softer as they seem to be shrinking and I am getting the dreaded boob greed!! x

Re: New 3 weeks po pics
Once they drop they go a lot more bottom heavy so I think the increased fullness in the lower pole makes them seem bigger and this is what fills the bra. Also it's what you can push up! When they are softer and all the skin and muscle has stretched to accomadate they will be loads softer and move like natural boobs. The implant itself obviously won't get bigger, but the change in shape and the release of your muscles (if you had unders) I think makes them seem bigger! Hopefully some of the past ladies will agree! I read people say the implants go from a capital 'D' shape to a small 'b' shape which is certainly true for me. They probably will seem lower though, i guess if this is not what you wanted and instead wanted a lot of upper pole fullness it's something to discuss with your surgeon as I imagine it is possible.
