Do I have to get officially measured? I've looked on John lewis, bouxavenue and bravissimo and have measured myself and I think I am a 30FF I'm 29 under and 37 over, can I safely order a 30FF? X

It's recommended to get measured at a reputable store (though bear in mind some 'reputables' cough m+s still add the 4/5"). Don't go by online measurements either, they're often wrong. If you do want to do it at home a guideline is the exact measurement under your band (ie I measure 31 so wear 32), the the difference in the fullest part when bending at a 90 degree angle so they're hanging forward. It's not accurate, as only fitting a bra will be, but it will give you a good starting point.
