Re: Still awaiting appointment
That's naff!
Phone them and tell them if they can't give you an appointment date between now and this time tomorrow you want your deposit back...
Yes you might have to wait if he is busy and such but they should know when he is free and when he is not... and be able to say he is free such and such... is that ok for you.. not leave you hanging - remember... you are the customer, your always right, they are there to help you and support you and that's what you pay them for...
I hope you get someone nice on the phone that can help you, good luck :D xx

Re: Still awaiting appointment
Have you already had your consultation and is the deposit you have paid for your op?
I'm sure if you were to contact them saying if you don't get a date ASAP you would like your deposit back and are considering going elsewhere, they will soon have it arranged for you.
If they are being like this before your op personally I would be worrying what they are going to be like after should you have problems. XXX

Re: Still awaiting appointment
I agree get in touch and tell them that you need a date now as you have planning to get done and if you dont have a date by end of the week you want the money back and are going somewhere else xx

Re: Still awaiting appointment
Babe, keep emailing your personal coordinator!! You've paid your deposit and should definitely have an idea of what dates your looking at! Keep emailing and phoning your coordinator until you confirm your date!
I was with transform and didn't have this problem. You're paying good money and deserve to know a date!
Take care, let us know how you get on, sweet :) xxxxxx

Re: Still awaiting appointment
That's really bad if you have paid them a deposit. Give them a ring and a serious telling off!!!
You think they would be jumping over themselves to get you booked in and get the rest of the money.
Hope you get it sorted?
