The tingling is down to nerve sensation Toni. This can happen periodically on and off for up to a year babe... Its a good sign though showing sensation is returning.

The swelling... Well, that doesn't happen for nothing babe. That's generally because you've overdone things on that side of your body.

Are you left handed by chance? Have you been leaning on your arm? Stretching your arm? Lifted something with that arm?

These are generally the reason for sudden swelling after surgery babe. Xx

Thabk you, Cookie! I'm not left-handed which is why I can't seem to understand why my left is sitting higher and is currently bigger. Surely my right should take longer to drop due to the right being my dominant side? Ahh, it's confusing haha :(
Thank you xxxx

Hi tigertonix, I am also right handed however my left has always been the one I have problems with. My surgeon pointed out that this is because although my right is my dominant side my left is my stronger side. I carry my children on my left and bear all weight with my left while doing detailed stuff with my right. So could that be the same reason with you?xx

Not necessarily... I'm right handed myself and my right took forever to drop! Lol.

The only reason I asked were you left handed was because you may well have been doing more with your left hand hence feeling sore on that side that's the only reason.

This theory that 'dominant' side drops first - rubbish babe. Its all down to healing and one side is likely to always have suffered a little more trauma during surgery getting the implant in than the other... Therefore its that side that will ALWAYS take a little longer to heal. Xx
