You're not going to keep the full upper pole you have Wonderwoman but its impossible for your boobs to shrink. Your implants are never going to lose the volume they have, so they'll still always keep the same amount of volume to them.

You may have a feeling if them shrinking or getting smaller as they drop and the gel heads south so the implants settle to an anatomical shape inside your breast and you lower pole of the breast will fill out. Many women do tend to miss that upper pole and fear their boobs are smaller - they're not. Its just the implants gel has been distributed to a more natural shape.

You can always get that look back however when you're able to wear wired bras if this is the look you like. A good ouch up bra and voila! You have THOSE boobs back again! Xx dance

They're not going to stay as they are lovely. They will change over the coming months, but with all the bras out there now that are made to create basically any look you want, when you have boobs.... There's nothing you can't achieve!  yahoo
