Can't sleep again
Ever since my op I am not sleeping well.
I'm always falling asleep after 2 in the morning and wake up round 7..
It was ok when I off work but now...
I just cannot get back into my old sleeping pattern
I'm feeling so exhausted ..

Re: Can't sleep again
Oh no, that's not good is it. I must say I'm struggling to get to sleep at the moment but I'm off work so it isn't a problem. Are you in pain or is it because your having to lie on your back maybe? Xx

Re: Can't sleep again
I'm inside if you're able to side sleep now because of your nose hun?
But if that's OK! You're fine to get back into side sleeping now if you'd like to.
Using your v-pillow helps lots and if you potion it so your head is laying on the horizontal part with the other angle coming toward you it acts as a kind if 'hugging pillow' with a hole that your boob at the bottom that sit in. If you place a pair if soft rolled socks between your boobs it stops the top boob putting pressure on the bottom and keeps your boobs nice and static still too.
The poisitioning of the pillow also stops you from rolling onto your boob and out any weight on it. So its a great start to getting back to a normal sleeping pattern.
Hope this helps hun. Its awful when you can't sleep. Xx
