I rarely sleep without a bra on. Feel weird without it and paranoid that they'll droop in my sleep! lol

Well, I don't sleep in a bra anymore, but I know what you mean about them feeling odd at times. They feel totally OK to touch on the outside, but on the inside they do still still feel 'unusual ', especially in the mornings. Can't say it bothers me though, it's just the way they are now ... x

Re: Anyone still sleep with a bra?
I don't anymore but it took about 7 or 9 months before i was able to go without a bra at night
Re: Anyone still sleep with a bra?
I don't actually like to wear a bra to bed, but am terribly worried about sagging.
I bought a kush which is great! but due to the problems with my left breast I've had to pop the bra back on. Still using the kush with it though. I just need all the support I can get so my boob doesn't ache so much. xx

Re: Anyone still sleep with a bra?
Ive always worn a little Sloogi pull on soft bra to bed . They are actually the same ones I wore before the op except they fit now and I just wear them at night! I would feel wierd without one on cos Ive always worn a bra 24/7 even when they were little saggy pre-oppers!

Re: Anyone still sleep with a bra?
Funny you should mention it Nads as I've started wearing a bra in bed again over the last two weeks or so.
I never did from six weeks post op and all of a sudden they feel weird and heavy and I can't get comfortable without one on. Feels like they are squashing each other!
I don't like sleeping in a bra really but have resigned myself to sleeping in one from now on

Re: Anyone still sleep with a bra?
I've never worn a bra in bed. I wasn't told to and I haven't had any aching or anything. I didn't even know you were supposed to, I guess it depends on what your Surgeon tells you to do.
