It's funny how we all get different advice pre ba isn't it! Heard the no garlic thing too though, and no spicy food, or vitamin d I was told :-)

Erm it aparaently helps with the brusing...my mum always takes it for ops. And my bf always uses it wen he hurts himself at sports Krizzoo....phone ur hospital/clinic n check? Xx

Tink having a blood transfusion makes u so much better n heal better...isnt a nice thought but really helps n saves lives xx

Lol yeah puts me off trying for more, got terrible blood. Clots too quick so been told def prem (cant take asprin to thin it) and prob a very early prem. But we shall see i always wanted 4 xx

Arnica never helped me i bruised like a peach but never after reop and never took arnica 

The arnica gel,not cream,cold from the fridge is AMAZING relief rubbed on boobs after xx

4........................... My best friend has 4, she is a typical sz 6-8 slim perfect skin kinda girl, had all 4 at home!!!!!!
I would pop out a footie team if I had it that easy! golly, love children.

oh misszc I know it honestly is why Ellie is still here and peters dad when he was unwell for yars needed them

I just couldnt do it, no matter what, the fear after feeling them cut and stitch etc really scared me too much too, plus I needed to sit for a while to have it and I wanted to be by Ellies side so just loads of diff reasons too xx

Ok ...I may have to get some......Usually don't take much notice of my grans recommendations but My mum has said today she uses it too! So I am sold on the arnica gel.
