Hehe hun, you would have to remove them first for sure, not even nail polish, if I am right I think you have to remove ALL jewellery too

No make up and often not even moisturiser 24 hrs pre-op

I didn't realise about not being able to have product in my hair.

I thought it was just no lashes, no false nails or nail polish. And no fake tan!

I will look a mess, I never leave the house without my makeup!

Yessss 1 day closer! I didn't know about no make up and creams for 24 hours before. Was planning on taking mine off at the hosp as I hate leaving the house without it. Ah well, it will all be worth it!

I'm going to email Transform to ask the question. X

Surely it can't be THAT
Strict? I'm having my colour done the day before. Why would product make a difference? X

I don't know.

I understand why no nail varnish because of needing to see the colour of the nail bed. But I can't understand why the other stuff.

Surely hair product is ok, and removing makeup when you arrive.

I have emailed Transform, and have had a reply to say she's back in the office on the 2nd January.

I'm going to get my lashes and brows tinted before my op.

I'm having my eyebrows done the day before as well. I've emailed THG and haven't had an out of office

So I'm hoping I get a reply today.

I'm sooo looking forward to resting up after and literally doing NOTHING and having an excuse to not do anything haha! It's going to be hard not picking up the kids though xx

I have to say that as long as I can straighten my hair before going in.... no make up, no varnish, no product doesn't worry me at all, hadn't crossed my mind.
Hardly likely to bump into Brad Pitt at the hospital!  Hysterical  I will be taking my makeup bag to apply a little blush after....and mascara ...

Haha krizzooo! You never know lol! Yes Lottie I have little ones too and it's going to be so difficult when they come for a big hug or a pick up. Hopefully we'll find ways to still have the close contact without the pain xxxx

Update on drains:

No need to worry, almost all ladies have said we don't need to worry, some didn't even know they had been removed.
Worst bit is probably dragging them to the loo

Haha lush those thoughts will get me through this long boring morning!

Ok phew! Let's not worry about the drains then :)

Tried to get back on diet yesterday. As the day went on and I was snacking here and there I thought 'ahh I'll do half and half today and ease myself back in' haha! Husband is on night shift tonight so we are going to go for a meal with the kids before he goes off, there's no way I can be good at dinner! And then sit in alone on NYE with no chocolate. Will crack on from tomorrow ;-) xx
