Sorry to keep bombarding with Q's all the time but, I read on the net today that I don't have to sleep on my back no more and I do actually wake up in the mornings sleeping on my side
Tho I am normally a left side sleeper but due to my left side boob still feeling tender , my partner says almost every morning when he wakes up I am asleep on my right side, even tho I go to sleep propped up still on my back lol

Would you say it's ok to sleep on my side now? (I so much miss snuggling upto to my partner lol)
What is the importance of putting the sock (I'm guessing between my boobs) xx

As long as you feel comfortable Hun then it should be ok, hugging a v pillow will help , I still sleep with mine cuddling it as it's so comfy for my boobs.

You don't have to use a sock however it keeps your boobs in place especially whilst healing. It's also very comfy to have that bit of extra support between your boobs x

If you are comfortable and as long as your surgeon didn't ask you NOT to sleep on your side.

Try laying your pillows in a V shape and then putting a v-pillow on top of the pillow mountain.  Lie on your side with your shoulder in the gap made by the V and cuddle your v-pillow sort of in your cleavage.  So therefore my lowest boob is sort of resting on the bed, and my highest boob is on the pillow.

This worked for me.  I didn't use the sock trick inbetween my boobs, partly because I don't have large implants and I haven't felt that I needed to x

My instructions say two weeks so your almost there! As long as it isn't hurting I would say your ok to be side sleeping now... its good to have a pillow beneath your boob as that might help the pain...

If you want to the sock between your boobs is a great idea because it will help prevent cleavage wrinking :) xx

I'm still using a sock between the boobs. A couple times I've forgotten to put it in, I've either woken up sore or my macom has burst open!

The sock is comfort early post-op babe. It can often hurt when you start side sleeping and feel uncomfortable as your boob flops down onto the other.

If you feeling OK with side sleeping then enjoy your snuggles babe. Xx

Lol. Its the firmness that makes them ache when you start side sleeping Pilly. This is where the socks help between your boobs. Because your boobs are still wanting them to stay static right then, but side sleeping is forcing them to fall - that makes for aching boobies lol.

They'll meet one day haha but in their own healing time. Xx
