hi hun,

do you think maybe your sportsbra has been rubbing against it at all?
along with the anti histamine maybe try putting some cotton wool pads down your bra to stop any chafing or rubbing?

It doesn't feel like its rubbing but it looks like some of my skin is peeling aswel it looks a little raw, I've took a anti hist I'll pop abit of cotton wool over it aswel and see how we look in the morning if it looks worse maybe I should ring the nurse. Just wen I thought it was all going swimmingly something crops up. Xx

aw i'm sure it won't be anything serious and you've done all you can for tonight hun, but if it doesnt look better in the morning and you're still worried, do just give your clinic a quick call - thats what they're there for!

You've done all the right things sweetie by cushioning the area incase it is being caused by any irritation and the anti-histamine if it is a heat rash or something similar. But if it is still there tomorrow do call the clinic hun and have them just take a look for you to check it out. Xx

Well its still there and still red and raw looking so going to give the clinic a call at lunch just really hoping its nothing to worry about as its not bothering me just dont look very happy i had a good look and around my scars and they look fine no redness or anything. if they say i need to go and see them do you think they would let me go and see my GP as its an hours drive away and with work its abit difficult?

It would be wise when you have ANY concerns Jacqui to go back to your clinic. When you go to the clinic the visit and the reason is logged in your notes. If you go to your GP, as far as your notes are concerned this never happened!

If this were for example an infection and you later wanted to complain, you'd have nothing in your notes to back up any claim you might make babe, so do ALWAYS go to the clinic. Xx
