The heavy feeling is normal hun, and your ribs may feel bruised for a while yet xx all part of healing and recovery! Are you feeling well other than the heavyness?

Day 6 is so early, you're bound to feel heavy due to the swelling and bruising. It'll go down in a couple of weeks. Don't forget, you've also got an extra 720 grams to carry around on your chest that you're not used to! It'll get better, I promise!

You'll find your body will let you know if you overdo things by swelling and aching, so if you've been up and around today and are feeling that swelling 'more' then chances are lovely that you've overdone it a little and maybe need to take things a little easier.

The rib pain is very normal. I found this and morning boob the worst part of my BA. The rib pain especially lasted quite a long time - funny isn't it, because the last thing you'd ever relate to a BA would be 'rib pain' seeing stars  It does get better though. Xx
