I got my shock absorber from debenhams.

There's loads of sites, if you know the brad you're after type it into google and LOTSOF sites will pop up.

eBay, marks and Spencer's zip front. Debenhams, x

im a bit overwhelmed if im honest and not 100% sure what im after. Just been told it will have to be non wire and to get an 34e and 34f . I have no idea where to start looking :( Also i'm worried a non wore bra wont support me enough - so it needs to be a strong bra lol

A high Impact non wired one hun.
Some ladies have used asda and tescos own, however these arnt very supportive.

A Macom is quite a popular choice as you only need a back size.

Shock absorber, triumph extreme, and marks and spencer zip front Sports bras are the most used for post op. as they're high impact.

You'll need 2, as you will need to wear it 24/7 for 6 weeks minimum so one will need a wash !
