Very normal to still have bruising at 3 weeks p/o. Were your boobs symmetrical pre-op? x

It's normal hun x they should even out in time. It can take up to a year for them to heal fully although they do say aim to see your final result at around the 6 month mark x

Re: 1 bigger than the other
Its not at all unusual for one breast to have suffered a little more trauma during surgery hun, hence why the one that didnt suffer as much trauma will heal quicker then the other which will possibly be bigger like you say due to swelling.
It does all even out over time sweetie. Mine took 10 weeks to start evening out and a further two before they looked the same, so you see hun...at 3 weeks post-op, you're VERY early days. If one was slightly larger pre-op this will be the same post-op... Maybe a little more magnified due to the BA.
In saying that... When you have any consultations or check ups by your surgeon or clinic nurse do ALWAYS make sure your concerns are noted lovely. This is very important. Xx

Re: 1 bigger than the other
My ps told me that he would e correct anything less than a cup and a half difference. So I do have one slightly bigger than the other - I'd only noticed it when I was breastfeeding, but my boobs since went flat so I'd forgotten. Either way, it's slight but definitely a magnification!
I'm 10 weeks post op and the difference is lessening.

Re: 1 bigger than the other
I have a size difference too but i think mine is to do with having the crease lowered. I think one has been lowered more than the other cos both scars seem to be sat in the crease now x
