O.K went shopping today think I have got everything I need going to be working most days from now till BA have got :
sports bras in 2 different sizes
bra extenders just incase
new slippers
dressing gown
easy to put on comfy clothes for coming home
arnica
v pillow
dry shampoo

Maybe some anti histamines for your recovery, can help with stinging sensations as the nerves are joining bk together, my stinging has just stopped 3 weeks PO and the peas/ice packs and piriton helped me loads... Sweets for the hospital I was starving afterwards and ate loads of sweets as well as what the hospital gave me x You seem prepared x V pillow is important and you have that covered :) You excited? xxx

Have always got piriton in the house husband has allergies
Am getting very excited now think my husband is getting fed up with hearing about it although he hasn't said anything just a slight roll of the eyes every now and then Help have i forgotten anything 557141
I already use lip balm most of the time I suffer with dry lips anyway

Its a silly one but i found it really useful!
A soft sponge... they are actually called Soft Sponge and are from Boots and probably elsewhere.
I still use it now when cleaning my boobs and incisions. Really soft and it means you dont risk being too rough etc.
