Since my op I've had a breakout in spots, mainly on my chin. Its really getting me down, I've never been prone to spots or had bad skin. Has anyone else had this? any tips? x

I have Hun x my boobs and my neck! They came up a few weeks post op, then went, then started again a few weeks ago. I just try and have a good cleansing routine, and make sure I moisturise. I'm not sure it's helping though x

Getting spots on your new boobs and especially in the cleavage area are very common after a BA.

It has something to do with the balance of your glands being effected by the surgery giving your skin a greasy appearance which causes the spots. As the glands heal and get back to normal the spots soon go lovely.

I personally find using bio-oil on my boobs just made the spots worse so I changed to Palmers cocoa butter which was much better.

Hope they clear up soon hun. X

Oh I've been the same hun only just completely cleared up now, still getting a few on my chest but I think that's moisturising too much, they'll go don't worry xx
