Blood

I have had an amazing nights sleep which I haven't had since before the op but I got up and thought ill have a look at my boobs and my right boob the plasters I have over the stitches I have noticed abit of blood on the plasters there isn't loads but you can see it should I be worried or is this normal xx

That is normal lovely. Just take it easy and keep an eye that it doesn't bleed a lot more but otherwise no you can expect to see a few specs of blood on your dressings. Congratulations on a nice night's sleep. Jealous ;) x

I'm just panicking because it wernt there yesterday it's not like bright red blood it's just like a stain of blood which is quite a big patch but if it's normal then no need to worry. Oh I know first one iv had since I feel miles better!! Lets hope you get a nice nights sleep soon xxx

What you're seeing is just some oozing from the wound babe and this is very normal and nothing at all to be concerned about. Don't try and remove the dressings in any way to see what's going on, its fine babe and if you remove the dressings you can disturb the wounds healing so its important to leave it well alone.

The only reason you'd have for concern if you saw blood would be if your dressings were sodden with blood with no sign of the blood stopping lovely. Other than that you've nothing to worry about sweetheart. Xx
