It may be achey afterwards and you may want to take a pillow just in case the seat belt irritates them. As long as you can do an emergency stop and change gear, you'll be fine.

I started driving a week after Salmac, although the longest journey I have done is an hour. I find the seatbelt irritates them a bit, but other than that I feel fine, changing gear doesnt strain my chest and I have just been going carefully.
My surgeon said I would be ok to drive a few days PO, although I waited a week because I didnt feel ready any earlier. But just go with how u feel babe, like you said if you have been looking after 2 kids I am sure u will be fine.
