Bra buying misery!
I got the go ahead for wires at my appointment last week but now I'm totally fed up. I got fitted as a 28ff at bravisimo and tried on a pale pink deco one which fitted nicely.
I ordered some 30Fs from gossard and I'm miserable. The ego boost ones make me look like I've got madonna cone boobs and the lacy plunge one ( non padded) just looks exactly like I had my BA with my gel bra on.
I want a really nice push up balcony bra and the only one I can find is the half cup Lauren from freya and for some bizarre reason, it's I've if the only ones that freya don't do a 28 back in.
Been to debehnams, no 28 backs AT all and the 30s are all too big.
Same in Boux.
I like my boobs naked and in a bikini but I was expecting to love them in a bra, just a bit gutted now :-(

Aww lovely don't be disheartened you'll find something! Besides think of how nice it is not having to shop for those stupid gel bras! How nice it is when you take your bra off in front off a mirror and your boobs are still there! At the minute i feel like Houdini; now you see 'em, now you don't =P and i'm limited to only being able to buy those type of bras, least you're able to think about plunge bras and balconettes and all other types =] much bigger improvement x x x x x x

Re: Bra buying misery!
I have the Charlotte bra too - its divine!
Mandy - don't be disheartened hun many women after getting the all clear to wear wires think their boobs are actually ready for them because the surgeon said it OK... Well, it is OK but that's not to say your boobs are always ready lovely. For some it takes some time before their boobs are relaxed enough to take on the shapes the bras are created to make.
It may just be that your boobs need a little more time to relax before they'll 'properly' fill a bra, when the whole of the lower pole has filled out and your boobs have softened up.
I'll be honest with you Mandy, it was around 6 months for me before I could get a good look in bras, but this was simply because they hadn't fully relaxed yet babe. Xx

Re: Bra buying misery!
They're just not going in the shape I thought they would. As I said, I love them naked and they look fab in a bikini which is ultimately what I wanted. Even though I wanted them natural, I did want to be able to achieve the round fake look if I wanted to with the right bra. That's not happening! Maybe because of my slightly limited bra size and maybe I asked for natural and got natural! I've order this bra... [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Only one bikini in boux managed to get the 'look' I wanted (sometimes!)
Aargh! Not asking much am I!! M x

Re: Bra buying misery!
They look pretty 'up there' in your avi babe? A really nice shape but still look like they're a little high..... Unless the bikini top is holding them up there and if that's the case maybe look for a bra in that style?
Re: Bra buying misery!
It's the bikini cookie! What do you think of that bra I've mentioned? Do you think that will get a similar look? They're def not that high naked! X

Re: Bra buying misery!
I'm the opposite, my boobs look much better in bra than they do naked
Agree with cookie Mandy - love the bikini. Might check them out myself, is it true size? I don't think I have a Boux Avenue near me.

Re: Bra buying misery!
I agree it can be difficult to find 28 bras, I sell bras and am always looking for nice bras to sell. I've only just found some in 28's that do big cup sizes and I had to search the whole world. I haven't got them yet hun or I'd show you.
