Dreading the sleeping sitting up part- please respond with number of nights and as many survival tips as you can!! I have v pillow & extra pillows & a hot water bottle... There's got to be more I can do to ease the nightmare! :doh:

There's absolutely no reason at all for you to be sleeping sat upright after surgery lovely - you might find this thread [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] helpful to you after your op hun. There are tips for sleeping in there hun :ok: Xx

I'm still sleeping raised up slightly - is this not necessary?! I do hope so x

I only slept propped up, and that was for 2 weeks, then I slept on my side cwtching a pillow

Your head and shoulders need to be higher than chest height (propped up) no need to be 'sat up' hun. X

I was lucky and didn't really suffer with morning boob. I just slept with chest raised slightly using lots of pillows..

i used 3 pillows and a v pillow, it helps to use one under your knees so you dont slide down the bed! i used them for almost a week and then slept with just two and sort of made a 'boob fort' with the v pillow so i could sleep on my side! was back to sleeping on my front in a few weeks, just see how you feel i guess!
