I can have 420cc yippee!

Hi ladies! Very happy and excited (finally!) following consultation no 2 with my surgeon. Last time I was offered Nagor high 390 (width 11.8) but this time after more discussion on breast width etc he is letting me have the next size 420 which was my dream size doing the rice test. The profile stays the same ie 5.1 but is wider by 6mm at 12.4. My breast width is only 11.5-12cm but he says these will also look good and I am hopeful of some nice cleavage!!!!! He said that if my uplift scars rupture then it would have happened anyway even if I had got the 390 as they r both "heavy" implants, but of course hoping it won't, and he says it's very unlikely. Am now totally content as he said that is the absolute max I can have so I cant allow myself boob greed down the line! X
