If you're feeling movement of the implant inside the breast this too is normal early post-op, but you really need to ensure your boobs are being looked after in a 'high impact' sportsbra keeping them as stable as possible so they have time to adhere to the breast pocket hun. X

hey cookie ... its only when I don't have my sports bra on that they move easy :) my clinic nurse said the bra I had on was fine and is supporting me well and I only take it off when I have a bath so am keeping them tucked up nicely :D x

:ok: the more stability your boobs get the better for your boobs. If you are feeling the implant moving though and you're not in a 'high impact' bra, it really would be advise able to help with your healing hun. Xx

I found the M&S high impact pair at about £25 are really good. not really worth putting your lovely new boobs at risk for the sake os a few quid x

Jo's given you a great bargain there hun. At just £12.50 for 2 high impact bras that's a steal!

It really is worth the extra pennies to get the best from your recovery babe. I know money might tight, but if you are feeling the implant moving it does need that stability you're only going to get from a 'high impact' bra. The stability they give your boobs will help stop that feeling of the implant moving inside the breast, so when they have adhered they will then be a part of the breast, you won't feel he implant at all. Xx

Girls what is the best size to get in the post-op bras?
Do you get the size you think you will be after completely healed? Or do you get a bigger size to allow for swelling?
