Need Re Op OVERS or UNDERS?? HELP!?

Hi All,

I hope you can give me some advice on this matter :-/

I have around 300cc overs at the min (Theyre 10yrs old now)So seen my PS about having them re done and id like to go bigger too.

He suggests UNDERS this time as he said my skin is really thin and I have rippling now, so he thinks unders are best option??
Also said he only thinks I should go 100cc bigger :-(( ,

I am 5'8, 9st 6, size 8/10, 34D at the min and id like to goto an F Cup, but I don't think an extra 100cc would get me to an F??.

Can anyone advise me on UNDERS as I have OVERS and I have no idea what unders will be like???

I exercise a lot and have strong pectoral muscles, will this be a problem???

I think you should go back and discuss the 'look' you're wanting in more depth with your surgeon hun. Take with you pictures of the size you're hoping to have.

Honestly... If you're a D cup now, I don't think you'll achieve 3 cup sizes bigger from just 100CCs if you're a 34 band lovely.

It could be that your surgeon is fey concerned about the skin he has to wrk with hun. He's already told you its thin so you have to go under the muscle and any bigger than the 100CCs that's he putting in just may not fit babe and if he does go larger because of the skins condition you could find yourself sagging very, very soon and then looking to have an uplift in the future to fix this.

Surgeons do make their decisions in your best interest hun and sometimes its just not possible to get what we want with what the surgeon has to work with, so it would be to find out why you can only have a 100CC increase when you'd like more if its possible?

At least then if you can't have more you'll know why and if you can, the it payed off going back for another consultation xx

I have unders and strong muscles, or so I was told and I do feel my mucsles tighten round the implant when doind any upper body excercise but nothing that makes me worry, however i having a reop due to the implants nots dropping and settling and CC in the left breast so it could be to do with that

As for size 100cc is a good amount bigger, I had nothing to start and had 350cc unders MP and Im an E/F cup

I can't give you any advice on sizing but I have had unders, and I do a fair amount of exercise. I haven't started any upper body work yet, but my surgeon said it shouldn't affect anything that I could do before my op.

Thank you for your message Cookie, i'm going to see a different surgeon on Monday at transform so i'll see what he has to say about it and take it from there, I hope he says I can have overs as ive read a lot of negative things about unders such as them moving apart when u flex and them having a big gap in the middle etc??

I think the other surgeon only suggested another 100cc bigger as he doesn't like to do big implants.

Don't be out off having partials if they're the best option for you babe. The muscle distortion mostly happens on those that have very tight chest muscles: ie lifting weights or doing excessive chest excercises. And the wide gap... Well, the cleavage can look wide early post op, but as they continue to heal they do come together and partials or overs, you're always going to have the natural cleavage you had before surgery, so if you naturally have a wide cleavage, the implants will remain wide post-op.

Go with an open mind lovely... There's good and bad for both placements, so go with the one that is right for YOU hun. Xx

i have smae prob as u ..thin skin and rippling but i dont know how u r getting bigger as i am having to go smaller :( my surgeon said i need to drop 100cc at least or i will still have the rippling x

PS said I can get bigger but he would prefer to go under muscle due to thin skin :-((,

Im going to go and see transform next week to see what advice they will give me and see if I can goto 450s If poss.

i am tith hospital group. i have overs just now, going to unders with uplift on 7th october x

UPDATE:

Ive since seen transform and he has suggested that I stick with a over position and said I can goto 460CC or if I wanted he would try out the 525CC if it will fit!

I am more than happy with that!!
