Have you got someone who could help? Maybe wash it over the bath or the sink? Xx

I had my daughter help me wash mine over the bath. I held onto my boobs as I leaned over and she washed and rinsed my hair for me.

Alternatively you could call your local salon and book a wash and blow dry. Xx

Dry shampoo maybe?! Takes the greasiness out for another day.
If not my sister (who happens to be a hairdresser) very kindly washed. One a couple of days later I lent backwards though over the bath and it was soo nice.

But as cookie says having a wash and blow dry at the salon may be a good idea, they will make you comfatable and it's a treat for you, will make you feel loads better . Xxx

That was a bad part of my recovery was not having a great night sleep in the first week. My husband used to make me laugh saying I went to bed in one position and woke up in the same. I couldn't move much and just layed propped up on my back with my hands laying on my tummy.
It will get better hunny I promise.. Just try and drink sips of water, not nescarilly downing glasses of water, sips of water continuously is far better to keep you hydrated and flush the ga out of your system. Xxx
Sometimes I know it sounds silly but drinking or sipping through a straw is a good way of getting your water intake up. Xxx

Don't do that hunny, you will end up making yourself worse! Your body needs food to repair itself and gain your strength back. Eat little and often nutrious food or a bit of what you fancy will help your recovery and well being.
Eggs are good protein for repair.
You should be eating with pain meds and anti b too.
Not too mention not eating will make your toilet troubles even worse!!

Babe don't even worry about the weight thing. I promise you will be back to normal in another week or so.
You haven't put on any weight hunny by that I mean fat or muscle ! It would be physically impossible to put that amount on your body in a day! It's all down to the ga and meds sweetheart I promise!
