I've absolutely no idea what your resulting size might be Lauren. We all get very different results even those having the same stats and the same sized implants! That answer should really come from your surgeon sweetness, they're ones who will be able to tell you your estimated resulting size.

If you're buying bras other than a macom, I'd take 3 with you. Once you have that and it's the M&S bra you want (I used their front fasteners and would highly recommend) I'd buy your surgeon estimated sizes which lets say for example is a 32DD, I'd buy that size, then I'd go up a band to cover swelling on the ribs, so I'd get a 34DD, then I'd get a larger cup to cover a larger cup size than estimated, so I'd get a 32E. Keep all tags on and then simply return those you don't use back to the store for a full refund. xx

I have got a macom and an M&S one hun i prefer the macom as the M&S one digs right in where my incisions are. Front fastening ones are the best though especialy in early recovery. I got another great zip front one from lauredoute xx
