I can't give any proper advice or anything babe because i've not had mine done but if you ask your surgeon they can suggest a good bra for you macom 1978086825 I just got told to get a sports bra in 38DD to account for the swelling (i'm hoping to go up to a 36E) so deffo check with your clinic for a recommendation x x x x

I love my macom... Think it's the 1007 it has adjustable straps. If you enter mybreast you'll get a small discount. X

I just ordered a black macom to go with my white one they are the 1007 the style without elastic they are an absolute godsend. I have hardly bruised they wash great dry in minutes on a radiator and help you recover from how sore sports bras can sometimes make you. I sleep in mine and only wear the sports bras out during day x
