Hi Vicki, I guess you will get many different responses on this.. everyone so different. I too wondered .. when when ... I felt after the BA op it was in a few weeks the swelling went down dramatically but they stayed quite "high up" till about month 2 and then by month 3-4 was when they really "relaxed" and settled for me. In an odd way, I miss having that high upper pole look which I had at the first few months. I was told to keep wearing good support bras even at night to maintain that lovely line and of course to prevent injuring tissue. Best of luck, Your Yowza in Rainy So Cal, USA

I've been posting about this recently too Vicki (odd writing that as its my own name, spelt the same too), it seems that by the 6 month mark most changes have occurred

It can take up to a year to see the final result of your BA, everyone seems to heal differently and for some it takes weeks and for others months. Mine didn't change at all for the first 6 weeks, then they changed little by little. I'd say mine were pretty soft by the 6 month mark and I didn't think they'd change much after that. But they seemed to soften more and more and stopped about 9 months post op.
