8 weeks to drop, 3-4 months to fluff.
I had virgin boobs - never been bigger through pregnancy or weight etc, my skin looked very tight and stretched for quite a few weeks.

I'm 4 months and still waiting for rightie to catch up, but think about 3 months for Leftie.
And again, rightie needs to fluff still. It looks upside down I swear! All the plumpness is up top, madness!

Mine started dropping from about 1month, but it was about 3 months before they were fully down and evened out. I think my fluffing was about 6m, but only because hubs noticed I was spilling out of my bra!

Rightie started dropping about 5/6 weeks, liftie is still catching up. I didn't sit high to begin with. Started to soften a lot in past couple of weeks (around 8 weeks) and I'm yet to fluff, if furries do, it's around the 6 month mark I think other furry ladies have said xx

Mine didn't really change to be honest second time around with these anatomical implants. Up to around 8 weeks the right would actually move!!! Dusting sex it would be left in awkward scary shapes but now it is fixed in place

mine dropped quite quickly, think it only a few weeks. They took maybe 3 months to lose the D shape though, and I think im still in the fluffing process now at 6 months, they still feel quite firm when i lay down but if i lean forward they are lovely and soft so i think its mainly the area under the muscle thats still to soften (fluff) x

I don't get dropping and fluffing. I think as I only had 225 I haven't noticed anything.

D&F happens for all implants, regardless shape or size. You're only 2months post op, in the grand scheme of things, thats still really early. We had one girl here, who also had a sub 300 implant, and she took 9months. So dont write it off just yet, theres a lot of changes to come. Or they may well have gone already and you just didnt spot it! Its not like they wave a flag!
